TECHNICAL DATA SHEET CHARCOAL

DESCRIPTION

Solid, blackish-colored, fragile and porous fuel material with a high carbon content. It is produced by heating, in the absence of air, wood and vegetable residues, handmade, which sometimes causes the grain size to vary.

USES

- Fuel for conventional ovens, roasts, barbecues and grills.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

- Ignite the charcoal according to the instructions indicated on the package of the ignition tablets. - Do not use gasoline or alcohol. - After about three minutes, fill the barbecue with charcoal. - Start barbecuing when the charcoal burns evenly and there is a layer of ash on the charcoal, the process can be accelerated by a bellows or similar.

PERFORMANCE

Calorific value ranges from 29,000 to 35,000 kj/kg. Calorific value of 0.07 Kcal./mh°C.

STORAGE

Store between 5 and 40 °C away from direct sunlight. Do not store more than 18 months. Flammable product. Store away from sources of heat or sparks in original containers properly covered. Keep out of reach of children.
